<h4><strong>Pick-Up and Return</strong></h4>

<p>All rental equipment must be picked up and returned during our opening hours. You can view our current opening hours here (<a href="https://tromsoskiandbikerental.com/about" target="_blank" rel="noopener">link</a>). Please note, opening hours may change at short notice, and we are closed during public holidays.</p>

<h4>Rental Agreement &amp; Identification</h4>
</li>

<li>When collecting your rental equipment, you are required to sign a rental contract. Additionally, we will request to take a copy of your ID (passport or driving license) for security purposes.</li>
</ul>
<li>
<h4>Damage, Loss &amp; Theft</h4>
</li>
<ul>
<li>In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period, we reserve the right to charge part or full retail value of the equipment to the payment card provided. By renting from us, you acknowledge and accept this condition, and agree to ensure the equipment is returned in the same condition it was provided.</li>

<h4>Pricing</h4>
</li>
<ul>
<li>All prices are listed in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and only cover the cost of renting the equipment. Any additional costs, such as insurance or repairs, are the customer's responsibility.</li>

<h4>Insurance &amp; Liability</h4>
</li>
<ul>
<li>Troms&oslash; ski &amp; bike rental <strong>does not</strong> provide insurance for the customer or the rented equipment. The customer is fully liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the rental equipment during the rental period. We strongly recommend that customers obtain their own insurance policy that covers equipment rentals.</li>
</ul>
<li>
<h4>Cancellations &amp; Refunds</h4>
<ul>
<li>More than 14 days prior to the rental date: Full refund.</li>
<li>Less than 14 days prior to the rental date: No refund.</li>
</ul>

<li>
<h4>Minimum Rental Period</h4>
</li>
<ul>
<li>The minimum rental period is 1 day (any time up to 24 hours). Early returns will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us in advance if you wish to extend your rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.</li>
</ul>
<li>
<h4>Payment</h4>
</li>
<ul>
<li>Full payment for the rental is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made online via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept in-store payments at the time of booking.</li>

<h4>Use of Equipment &amp; Customer Responsibility</h4>
</li>
<ul>
<li>The use of all rental equipment is at the customer's own risk. The customer is fully responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the rental period. Troms&oslash; ski &amp; bike rental assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of rental equipment.</li>

<h4>Reporting Issues</h4>
</li>

<li>If you encounter any problems with the rental equipment, please notify Troms&oslash; ski &amp; bike rental immediately by email or phone so that we can assist you.</li>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong><br />By completing your booking and renting equipment from Troms&oslash; ski &amp; bike rental, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.</strong></p>

If you have chosen home delivery, you will have the equipment delivered before your rental period begins and picked up after your rental period has ended.
